By accessing or using the Aneri Creations website (anericreations.com), placing an order, or visiting our physical store at Godhra, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone else who accesses or uses our Site or services, regardless of the device or platform used. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we ask that you discontinue use of our Site immediately.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time, at our sole discretion. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.

To place an order on our Site, you must be at least 18 years of age, or be using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these terms on your behalf.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that all information provided during checkout — including your name, contact details, and shipping address — is accurate, current, and complete.

All products listed on our Site are described and photographed as accurately as possible. However, since our jewellery is handled, photographed, and displayed on different screens, minor variations in colour, shine, or finish may occur between the image shown and the product received. Such variations are considered normal and are not treated as manufacturing defects.

All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout. We reserve the right to:

• Change prices of any product at any time without prior notice.
• Discontinue any product or collection without prior notice.
• Correct any pricing error, including on orders already placed, by contacting the customer before processing.

Product availability is subject to stock. In the rare event that an ordered item is out of stock after payment, we will notify you and offer a full refund or a suitable alternative.

Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s). All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Suspected fraudulent activity or unauthorised use of a payment method.
• Pricing or stock listing errors.
• Incomplete or inaccurate shipping information.
• Orders that appear to be for resale or bulk commercial purposes without prior arrangement.

We accept the following payment methods: UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery on select pincodes. All online transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

Jewellery orders are usually shipped within 2 to 14 working days. During sales or festive offers, shipping may take a little longer due to a higher number of orders. Working days are Monday to Saturday; Sundays and public holidays are not included in this timeline.

Once your order is shipped, we will send the tracking details to your registered email address. Please check your Spam/Junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.

Shipping charges:

• Flat shipping charge: ₹49 on all orders below ₹1,000.
• Free shipping on all orders of ₹1,000 and above.

Aneri Creations shall not be held liable for delays arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including third-party courier delays, regional weather conditions, or government restrictions.

Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

For hygiene reasons, jewellery that shows signs of use, damage, perfume, makeup stains, or tampering will not be accepted.

• Each order is eligible for only one return or exchange.
• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All returned items are subject to a quality inspection upon receipt before a refund or exchange is approved. Approved refunds are issued only as Aneri Creations Store Credit, within 24 hours after the returned product is received and approved. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via Email or WhatsApp. Please share:

• Clear photos of the product.
• Clear photos of the front and back of the package with the invoice visible.
• Whether the package appeared damaged or tampered with when it arrived.

Please keep the original packaging until your issue is resolved.

We provide return pickup service wherever available. If pickup is not available in your area, you will need to courier the product to our return address.

We will reimburse up to ₹150 as Aneri Creations Store Credit towards your self-shipping cost after we receive and inspect the product. Return pickups usually happen within 7-10 working days.

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If cancelled before shipping, the full amount will be refunded as Aneri Creations Store Credit.

If the order has already been shipped, ₹150 shipping charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded as Aneri Creations Store Credit. Sale or discounted products cannot be cancelled.

Slight variations in stone colour, polish, texture, size, shape, or finish may occur due to photography lighting, screen settings, and the handcrafted nature of the product. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper storage, or exposure to water, perfumes, deodorants, chemicals, or rough handling are not covered under our return or exchange policy.

Aneri Creations reserves the right to inspect the returned jewellery before approving any return or exchange. The final decision will be at the sole discretion of Aneri Creations.

When using our Site, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point, including during checkout.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, our systems, or another user's account.
• Use any automated system, bot, or scraper to extract data from our Site without prior written permission.
• Reproduce, copy, or resell any part of our Site's content, product photography, or designs without authorisation.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person's use of the Site.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Site for any user found in violation of the above, without prior notice.

All content featured on this Site — including but not limited to product designs, original photography, written descriptions, graphics, layout, and the Aneri Creations name, logo, and brand identity — is the intellectual property of Aneri Creations and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Aneri Creations, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased from us — including but not limited to loss of use, delays caused by third-party courier or payment partners, or events beyond our reasonable control.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability arising from any claim related to your order exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aneri Creations, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

These Terms of Service, and any disputes arising from or related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached within a reasonable period, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Godhra, Gujarat.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
