We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
Yes, orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If cancelled before shipping, the full amount is refunded as Aneri Creations Store Credit. If the order has already been shipped, ₹150 shipping charges will be deducted and the remaining amount refunded as Store Credit. Sale or discounted products cannot be cancelled.
No, products purchased during a sale, clearance, or promotional offer are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or cancellation.
Jewellery orders are usually shipped within 2 to 14 working days. Working days are Monday to Saturday — Sundays and public holidays are not included in the shipping timeline. During sales or festive offers, shipping may take a little longer due to a higher number of orders.
Shipping is free on all orders of ₹1,000 and above. On orders below ₹1,000, a flat shipping charge of ₹49 applies.
Once your order is shipped, we'll send the tracking details to your registered email address. Please check your Spam/Junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, jewellery showing signs of use, damage, perfume, makeup stains, or tampering will not be accepted. Each order is eligible for only one return or exchange, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Submit a return or exchange request through our website — select the product and mention the reason, and upload photos if the product is damaged or defective. If eligible, we'll arrange a pickup. Return pickups usually happen within 7–10 working days. We provide pickup wherever available; if it's not available in your area, you'll need to courier the product to our return address, and we'll reimburse up to ₹150 as Store Credit towards your self-shipping cost after inspection.
Refunds are provided only as Aneri Creations Store Credit — not back to your original payment method. Store Credit is issued within 24 hours after the returned product is received and approved, has no expiry, and can be used for any future purchase on our website. Shipping charges are not included in the refund.
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via Email or WhatsApp. Share clear photos of the product, clear photos of the front and back of the package with the invoice visible, and let us know if the package appeared damaged or tampered with. Please keep the original packaging until your issue is resolved.
No. Slight variations in stone colour, polish, texture, size, shape, or finish can occur due to photography lighting, screen settings, and the handcrafted nature of our jewellery. Minor irregularities like tiny air bubbles or glue marks are part of the manufacturing process. These are natural and not considered defects, so they're not eligible for return or exchange.
Our pieces are gold/rhodium plated and built to resist tarnishing with normal care — avoiding water, perfume, and sweat helps it last even longer.
Yes, all our jewellery is nickel-free and designed to be gentle on sensitive skin.
Keep it in the pouch provided, away from moisture, and store pieces separately to avoid scratching.
