Orders are usually shipped within 2 to 14 working days.

During Sales Or Festive Offers

Shipping may take a little longer due to a higher number of orders.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will send the tracking details to your registered email address. Please check your Spam/Junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.

  • Working days are Monday to Saturday.
  • Sundays and public holidays are not included in the shipping timeline.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

A few things we check before a return can be accepted

Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

For hygiene reasons, jewellery that shows signs of use, damage, perfume, makeup stains, or tampering will not be accepted.

Each order is eligible for only one return or exchange.

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Wrong Or Missing Products

If something isn't right with your order

Contact Us Within 24 Hours

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via Email or WhatsApp. Please keep the original packaging until your issue is resolved.

Please Share With Us

  • Clear photos of the product.
  • Clear photos of the front and back of the package with the invoice visible.
  • Whether the package appeared damaged or tampered with on arrival.

Return Pickup

How we get the item back from you

We provide return pickup service wherever available.

If pickup is not available in your area, you will need to courier the product to our return address.

We will reimburse up to ₹150 as Aneri Creations Store Credit towards your self-shipping cost after we receive and inspect the product.

Store Credit

How refunds work at Aneri Creations

Refunds are provided only as Aneri Creations Store Credit.

Store Credit will be issued within 24 hours after the returned product is received and approved.

Store Credit has no expiry and can be used for future purchases on our website.

Shipping charges are not included in the refund.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel before your order ships

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

If cancelled before shipping, the full amount will be refunded as Aneri Creations Store Credit.

If the order has already been shipped, ₹150 shipping charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount refunded as Store Credit.

Sale or discounted products cannot be cancelled.

  • Slight variations in colour, texture, or handcrafted details are natural and are not considered defects.
  • Aneri Creations reserves the right to make the final decision on all return, exchange, and refund requests.

Please Note:

  • Slight variations in stone colour, polish, texture, size, shape, or finish may occur due to photography lighting, screen settings, and the handcrafted nature of the product. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Minor irregularities, tiny air bubbles, glue marks, or handcrafted finishing details are part of the manufacturing process and do not qualify as defects.
  • Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper storage, exposure to water, perfumes, deodorants, chemicals, or rough handling are not covered under our return or exchange policy.
  • Products purchased during a sale, clearance, or promotional offer are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Aneri Creations reserves the right to inspect the returned jewellery before approving any return or exchange. The final decision will be at the sole discretion of Aneri Creations.
